Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship Development existed in 1978 as India's oldest and premier business school. The institute is one of Bharati Vidyapeeth units, approved by AICTE. IMED is awarded the status by UGC and accredited by NAAC with an A+ grade. In computer applications and management, the programs are offered and are affiliated with Bharati Vidyapeeth University (Deemed to be University). IMED's Entrepreneurship Development Cell organizes various activities and skill development programs, providing students a platform for Entrepreneurship learning by making them shape new business ideas and business plans. The institute has mold collaborations with different Institutions and Universities for resistance on competencies. BBA, BCA programs offered, the postgraduate level at the undergraduate level, MBA and MCA programs available, and research-level management studies.
- IMED has tied up MCCIA for skill-building initiatives, conferences, and workshops for students' training purposes. For student internships, projects, and research, the institute has tied up with several business companies.
- Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship Development management quota fee structure of MBA is INR 5.50 lakhs. MCA fees through management quota will cost approx. INR 5.62 lakhs.
- Similarly, IMED management quota fees of BBA will be INR 4.50 lakhs, while the BCA management quota will cost approx. INR 3 lakhs for the complete course. The general fee and management quota fee will differ from the NRI quota fee.
- IMED application fee will be separate, not included in the course, and during the application submission time, the payment has to be made.
- The Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship Development placement cell is active and highly dedicated. The activities or training are directed to bridge the gap between academia and industry. The highest package offered internationally is INR 54.08 lakhs, while under domestic, it is INR 18.10 LPA. Every year more than 150 companies visit the campus for placement drives.
