Sri Durga Malleswari Siddhartha Mahila Kalasala is an autonomous college established in 1983 at Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. The institute is run and sponsored by Siddhartha Academy of General and Technical Education. SDMSM is affiliated with Krishna University, Machilipatnam, Andhra Pradesh, and approved by University Grant Commission (UGC), New Delhi. The institute is accredited Grade "A" by NAAC. SDMSM Admission Process

• For admission in undergraduate and postgraduate courses, SDMSM offers an offline mode of application.
• Candidates must visit the campus of the institute and collect the admission form from there.
• After filling up the admission form and attaching the copies of the required documents, candidates must submit the form by paying the application fees.
• The admission in UG and PG courses is merit-based. This means the admission will be based on merit achieved in the last qualifying academic exam.
• For admission in UG courses at SDMSM, candidates must have passed 10+2 from any recognized board of education in the relevant stream.
• For admission in PG courses at SDMSM, candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from any recognized university.

SDMSM Hostel Facility

SDMSM offers hostel facilities to its students, accommodating 600 students on a sharing basis in nearly 150 rooms. The hostel environment is safe, homely and provides an excellent ambience for learning and progressing in the respective fields. Located amidst a green environment, the area of the hostel is environment-friendly.

The hostel is well-equipped with various facilities like fresh RO drinking water system, solar heaters for hot waters, well ventilated and spacious dining room, a clean and hygienic mess providing fresh and healthy foods.

To focus on students' physical wellness, the hostel offers, indoor and outdoor playground and a yoga and mediation program. The hostel environment is safe, with guards working 24x7 to take care of the safety of hostels and full-time in-house wardens to take care of all the affairs related to the hostel.
