Sri Venkateswara University College of Engineering, shortly known as SVUCE, was established in 1959 by laying a foundation stone for the college on 13th Oct 1959 by Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Prime Minister of India. The institute achieved autonomous status in 2005 and is approved by University Grants Commission and accredited with an ‘A’ grade by NAAC.
