SDM is a first-level non-profit education institution that operates under Shree Kshetra Dharmasthala. The institute is approved by the AICTE & is affiliated with the University of Mangalore. The SDM College is sponsored and operated by the SDME Society, Ujire. The main task is to improve the individual's quality of education by fostering faith in hard work, personal integrity, and honesty in student life.

Each academic year of the SDM PG Center organizes a national management festival to collect applicants from various administrative colleges. Course details:

The SDM PG Center, Mangalore, organized a self-defense training program in collaboration with Swaraksha for Women Trust.
