School of Planning and Architecture

In the year 1941 School of Planning and Architecture was established as the Department of Architecture of Delhi Polytec. In 1959, literature was reframed as the School of Planning and Architecture. The institute is affiliated with the University of Delhi, and through the Ministry of Education and Culture, it has got the status as deemed to be a university. Since the establishment, the School has been striving to reach several excellent milestones. It has always been to extend education and research to new knowledge boundaries. The school's campus comprises of Canteen, Spacious classrooms, Seminar halls, Library, Sports and playground. Simultaneously, the hostel accommodation and residential facility are located in Maharani Bagh New Friends Colony, New Delhi.

• Courses related to architecture and planning are offered at bachelor’s degrees and master’s degrees. At the UG level, the programs presented are B.Arch., Bachelor of Planning while at PG level the programs offered are M.Arch. and Master of Planning.
• UG-level admissions to the School of Planning and Architecture will be offered through previous academic merit-based and NATA scores. For PG level admissions, then it is done through relevant degree marks based and considering PG NEET score.
• Eligible applicants on the college's official website can fill the form online mode by making an application fee payment of INR 2,500. Compared to other colleges, the School of Planning and Architecture's fee structure for different courses is similar to other colleges, not so high it is feasible for students.

In the final year of the course, as per the course curriculum, students will undergo an internship program for 1 y. Also, based on that examination, it will be done. The School of Planning and Architecture placement department provides placement training to students in various ways.

School of Planning and Architecture has a scholarship program, but they are only available for meritorious students and financially backward students.
