The Training and Placement department is an active part of the SIET institute, which serves as an internship center for students in the last year. The institute has a fully computerized equipped placement office, with a LAN facility for processing the student’s database and to communicate with the industries. Separate interview booths, classroom, GD room, and computer room with online internet connection leased at 48 Mbps for online tests. The main task is to achieve a 100% placement for all the students through continuous dedication, attitude and commitment.

Placement details:

The department organizes training programs in Aptitude & Soft skills to prepare the students for the on-campus drive process, discussion sessions for the Mock Group and simulated tests to improve their skills in communication according to the specific company. The department maintained an excellent tradition of placement and placed maximum student’s employment during the recession, which was a difficult time for most companies throughout the country. The T & P believes in improving student performance during on-campus interviews. In addition to the main intermediation, the department strives the Institute's interaction by signing the Memorandum of Understanding with leading industries, training employees and students during their vacations, industry visits and industry-sponsored projects for students, advisory work, assistance to campus and executing industry experts, Conferences, workshops etc.
