The JVIT Training and Placement Department conducts internal training for certified and qualified human resource trainers, both in terms of aptitude & communication. The Training and Placement cell plays a central role in advising and guiding students in their successful practices, which provides a critical interface between the completion of the students' academics and their entry into appropriate employment. The cell organizes professional development programs, which include mock interviews, pre placement talks, group discussions, interactive sessions with case studies, industry experts, and development on personality that regularly include career planning, communication, presentation skills, etc.

The simulated interview (Mock) is an important for a student to crack the real interview. The technical instruction is carried out by our experts in the last year and gives students a better understanding of the latest technologies. The training is designed to improve the student's skills, such as: We carry out WORK FAIRS on the university campus in 2015-2016, attended by many software, manufacturing, banking and insurance companies, as well as other renowned companies. Around 2000 students have participated in the fair.
