Jnana Vikas Institute of Technology (JVIT) was started in 2001, situated at Bidadi, Karnataka. The institute is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belgaum, and is approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. The institute covers 25 Acres of land with necessary facilities like computer labs, auditorium, cafeteria, laboratory, library, sports, gym, hostel, and medical.

• The NRI/international students must have 45% marks in secondary education with English as one of the subjects.
