The Institute was established after Late. Panchanan Jena his major concern was to develop the sub-urban localities and neglected populace. He had fought for the upliftment of the villagers and other localities through education, care, health, and socio care. The institute comes under a PJMT charitable organization. It has several wings spread across Orissa in developing the state and ensures of providing health care and education to all.

• After the organization was established, this institute was built under that which came into light in 2007. The organization with full-hearted provides education and necessary facilities and qualities to students.
