Central university of Odisha B.ED Admission

The B.ED program is offered as a full-time two-year program. The minimum eligibility criterion required is as follows:

  • A minimum of 50% marks in graduation from a recognized institute.
  • OR, A minimum of 50% marks in a Masters's degree in arts or sciences
  • Students having engineering degrees are also eligible to apply for the course.
  • A general relaxation of 55% is provided to SC/ST/PWD candidates

There is no separate Central University of Odisha's B.ED entrance test. Instead, admission is offered based on CUET scores, a common university entrance test conducted by the NTA. CUET Registration for the exam begins in March. The examination dates are in July & August.

Central University of Odisha BCA Admission

The BCA program is a three-year full-time program that provides insights into the computer application domains. The department was started in 2015 to provide knowledge of recent trends in technology to students with full practical knowledge. The candidate can get admitted to the course after 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks and mathematics as a compulsory subject.

Central university of Odisha MA Admission

The university's Masters's program MA is provided as a full-time course in disciplines like Odia, English, Hindi, Sanskrit, sociology, economics, and Journalism. All candidates having 50% marks in their graduation can apply to the program. The selection is made based on the CUCET  PG score. The CUCET postgraduate examination dates are in the first week of September. Entrants need to take part  in the counseling process for the final preparation of the merit list. Central University of Odisha MBA Admission 

The MBA program is offered as a full-time program with a seat intake of 30 students. The streams provided are Financial management, marketing management, and human resource management. The course focuses on designing the managerial skills of candidates.

Admission to programs is done as follows:

  • Candidates must have a UG degree with 60% marks. Special category students get 5% relaxation
  • The entrance test CUCET is mandatory. Candidates selected have to appear for an oral examination or interview
  • Final selection is done based on group discussion and personal interview
  • The CUCET PG examination is conducted in the first week of September
