J.J College of Engineering and Technology

JJ Educational, Health & Charitable Trust was founded in 1994 with the main vision of creating educational institutions in general facility and technical facilities in particular for society, economically and educationally among young people in rural areas in Tiruchirappalli and its surroundings. The institute has an extensive area of 100 plus acres, which has been approved by the Council of All India for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated with the University of Anna, Chennai.

• The J.J College of Engineering and Technology institution strives for global recognition through the systematic and careful conversion of our students into successful motivated graduates enriched with experience, leadership, built-in dynamics, competence and humanism.
• J.J College of Engineering and Technology is one among the pioneering technological institutions in this country in a very short period of time which offers eight Under- Graduate programmes and Six Post-Graduate programmes in the field of Engineering and Technology and also offers Master of Business Administration.
• The J.J College of Engineering and Technology’s main task of the placement and training department is to have students demonstrate their knowledge and technical skills in all employability and planning exercises, and administer the courses that are at the center of them. Employability competencies of core in each category are addressed to all the students in the institute.

 In addition to the regular academic curriculum, our students do participate in extracurricular and curricular activities, namely Aero Modelling, Red Ribbon Club, Leo Club, YRC, Literary Rendezvous, etc. There are four separate shelters for boys and two separate shelters for girls on campus. Girls' hostels can hold 950 shelters and boys have a capacity for 1280 students. The institute is located in the town of Ammapettai, which is 18 km from Tiruchirappalli, on the national highway (NH45) take Dindigul.
