BIT Meerut Admission

• Candidates can apply based on their performance in the JEE examination for B Tech admission.
• Eligibility requires candidates to have passed the 10+2 level in the science stream.
• Candidates must provide original documents for verification.
• For non-engineering courses such as BBA, BCA and B Pharm, academic merit plays a significant role in the selection process.
• For postgraduate admissions, M.Tech candidates are selected based on their GATE scores.

BIT Meerut UG Admission

• Admission for B.Tech is determined by JEE, followed by UPCET (UPSEE) Counselling administrated by AKTU. Candidates must have ended their 10+2 education in the science stream to be eligible.
• Candidates applying through AKTU Counselling are mandated to satisfy the BIT Meerut Cutoff.
• Aside from B Tech, BBA, BCA, and B. Pharma programs are available at the UG level. Candidates can apply online on the website. Admissions are offered based on academic merit in 10+2.
• To join the second year of the B. Tech program through lateral entry, you need a three-year Engineering Diploma in any engineering branch. The diploma should have at least 50% marks, except for Agriculture Engg., Pharmacy, and Architecture.
• Alternatively, candidates can hold a three-year B.Sc degree with a least 50% marks and have passed the 10+2 exam with mathematics as one of their subjects.

BIT Meerut  PG Admission

• To apply for a BIT Meerut MBA, you need a three-year Bachelor's degree from a recognized university. The degree must have at least 50% marks, and no grace considerations are allowed. CAT/MAT or equivalent score, written test, interview, group discussion, academic merit, and work experience.
• To get into MCA, you must have finished a 3-year Bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks. The degree should be from a recognized university. MCA aspirants should have a math background. It can be at the 10+2 level or through their graduation. It is especially important for those from BCA/B.Sc. (IT/CS) backgrounds.
• To get into M. Tech, you need a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 60% marks. GATE passing marks are mandatory.
• Admission processes follow the guidelines of the UP State Govt. and AKTU, Lucknow. The university sends out notifications for counselling and asks prospective students to apply. The notifications have detailed instructions.
