IMT-CDL was established in 1982 in Ghaziabad city. AICTE and UGC have permitted it for its smooth functioning. In total, IMT-CDL offers five courses in two streams. This institute provides good placement opportunities with appropriate training and expert tutor members with quality knowledge sharing. The vision of IMT-CDL is to impart good learning in mangt education with the help of distance mode to let the learners across the globe grow. The mission of IMT-CDL is three goals:

  • They have to develop the students' skills in tech that will help bridge the gap between creativity and learning. 
  • To evolve healthy competition in mangt to have improved entrepreneurship and employ chance all over the globe.
  • They intend to serve society by training their students to give leadership qualities in research, consultancy and mangt studies.   

Courses offered in IMT-CDL.              

PGDM- 2 years

PGDM in IMT-CDL helps students to have good mangt studies. It is a two-year program that stimulates few main experiences throughout the syllabus. This course is designed to develop professional managers to get ready to face corporate problems.

Majors in PGDM: FM, OM, Marketing, HR and BA.

Executive PGDM-15 months

Executive PGDM is slightly different from the regular PGDM program. It mainly focuses on learning through real-time experiences by understanding business case studies and sharing experience from industries with strong industry link.

 Majors in Executive PGDM: FM, OM, Marketing, HR and BA.

PGCM-13 months

It is a certificate mangt program that acts as a small course for business administration. It helps increase the managerial calibre of participants that will add to the value in the workplace regularly.

Majors in PGCM: Gen, FM, OM, Marketing, HR and BA

Eligibility Criteria   

PGDM: UG Degree in relevant specialization from any well-known University or any equivalent degree that AIU has recognized.

Executive PGDM: UG degree in the relevant subject recognized by AIU and five years of work experience after graduation.

PGCM: UG Degree with aggregate CGPA in any specialization from any recognized university associated with AIU.

Admission/ Application process in IMT-CDL

  • The applicants fill in the application by visiting the official institute website. If not, they can also call the college office for further admission process.
  • Suppose the applications are submitted for a foreign degree. Then they must get approval from HRD, GOI, passport and visa for study purpose.  
  • There is a concession in the fee amount for specific categories like Defense, SC/ST, candidates who are physically challenged etc., to get admissions for PGDM programs.  
  • If the documents and certificates are not correct, IMT CDL has all the right to eliminate the form after the verification process. 
  • Some of the required documents are: Passport size photos, marks sheet of 10th and 12th board exams, Degree certificate, photo ID proof, Work experience certificate if applicable.

Placements in IMT-CDL

This Distance learning institute provides placement opportunities with proper training to crack the interview rounds from fortune companies. Institute of Management Technology Centre for Distance Learning requires candidates to hold a graduation degree in any specialization for admission to its Distance MBA-equivalent PGDM programme. Selection is based on the marks obtained in the bachelor's degree.

Candidates who have possessed a bachelor's degree in any discipline are eligible to apply for IMT Ghaziabad Online/Distance MBA Admission. In addition, candidates are required to have a minimum of 2 years of work experience.

Distance Learning:

  • Provides distance PGDM.
  • Candidates should have a bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from any recognized University or equivalent degree recognized by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with minimum 50% in aggregate.
  • The total fee structure for PGDM is INR 65000 for 1 year.
