Institute of Productivity and Management Courses Admission

The Institute offers two-year full-time PGDM (General), PGDM-IB (PGDM in International Business), and three-year part-time PGDM-EP (Executive Program) for working professionals. AICTE recognizes and approves these programs under the MHRD, Government of India.

For admission to the full-time IPM Ghaziabad MBA equivalent PGDM and PGDM-IB programs, candidates must appear in national-level management entrance exams such as MAT, CAT, ATMA, or CMAT. Part-time PGDM program (PGDM-EP) admissions are based on a Personal Interview and a Written Communication Test.

PGDM

• Candidates with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 50% are eligible for this course. The candidates can be from any university UGC/AIU/AICTE recognizes.
• The candidates in their last year are also eligible to apply for this course. These students must be able to provide the eligibility criteria proof before the conduction of the first term examination.
• The eligible candidates need to secure qualifying marks in any one of the exams, namely, CAT /MAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ JMET/ CMAT/ GMAT or any other management entrance test score recognized by AICTE.
• Candidates who have not appeared in the above entrance exams can apply. These candidates shall be selected based on their concert in the entrance test conducted by the Institute.
• The shortlisted ones must appear in the GD/PI rounds. The candidates shall be selected based on the candidate's performance in the entrance test, group discussion, personal Interview, and previous academic performance.

PGDM- IB

• The PGDM program is offered in the International Business discipline.
• The eligibility criteria are the same as that of the PGDM degree. The graduates are eligible to apply for this course. The graduates must have secured a minimum of 50% in their graduation.
• The eligible candidates then shall be selected based on their merit in the entrance test conducted by the Institute. After the entrance test, group discussions and personal interview rounds will also occur.
• However, the candidates who have appeared in the national level entrance test like CAT /MAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ JMET/ CMAT/ GMAT or any other management entrance test score recognized by AICTE need not appear in the entrance test.

PGDM- Executive

• The graduates of any discipline with a minimum of 50% are considered eligible for this course.
• This course is for working professionals.
• The candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of work experience.
• A total of 60 seats are available for this course.
• Part-time PGDM program (PGDM-EP) admissions are based on a Personal Interview and a Written Communication Test.

How to Apply for IPM Ghaziabad Course Admission

The Institute provides two options for applying to their programs, allowing candidates to choose between offline and online application methods:

Offline Application:

• Candidates who prefer offline applications should visit the college campus in person.
• They can obtain the application form directly from the college.
• To secure the application form, candidates are required to make a payment of INR 500.
• Once they have the form, they can complete it per the instructions.

Online Application:

• For those who prefer online convenience, the Institute offers the option to download the application form from its official website.
• After downloading the form, candidates can complete it electronically or by hand.
• Candidates must ensure they meet all the necessities when submitting the online application.
• Candidates must submit a demand draft of Rs. 500 and the online application.
• The demand draft should be made in favour of 'The Institute of Productivity & Management' and payable at Lucknow.

Selection Process:

Shortlisted candidates, regardless of whether they applied online or offline, will be contacted by the Institute for the next stages of the selection process.

These subsequent stages typically include Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds, where candidates can showcase their skills, knowledge, and suitability for the programs.

• Mark sheet of Bachelor's degree
• Scorecard of MAT/ CAT/ ATMA/ CMAT

IPM Ghaziabad Scholarships

• Merit Scholarship: This scholarship is bestowed on scholars who have performed well academically.
• Means-Cum-Merit Scholarship: This is bestowed on students who have demonstrated financial need and academic excellence.
• Minority Scholarship: This scholarship is bestowed on scholars from minority communities.
• Defense Scholarship: This scholarship is awarded to dependents of defence personnel.
