University College of Law: Karnataka University was established in the academic year of 1949 and is one of the best universities in Karnataka. The university is accredited A grade by NAAC. The University was approved by University Grants Commission (UGC) and is affiliated with Karnataka University.

• The University offers various UG & PG courses in law, Commerce, Science, Arts, Education, social work, and Management.  
• Admission into courses can be made online on the university's official website and offline inside the admission department's college campus.
• Admission into Postgraduate courses is made based on merit. The candidate must have at least 50% of the aggregate marks in relevant subjects at the qualifying degree examination and 50% of the cut-off marks in the entrance test.
• For undergraduate courses, the students are selected for admission based on merit.
• The fee structure of all the courses is entirely feasible; the Total fee structure of M. Sc is INR 13,070; MTM is INR 30,000; M. Com is INR 21,065, MA is INR 12,250, MSW is INR 9,680; LLM is INR 9,460, and M. Ed is INR 12,100.
• University College of Law: Karnataka University, scholarship and fee concession will be given to needy students based on merit. The university also sponsors a scholarship under the sports quota and to the students who are physically challenged.

Karnataka University provides excellent separate hostel facilities for boys & girls; there are 3 hostels for girls and 3 hostels for Boys. The hostels are filled with basic amenities and other facilities like ample water supply, canteen, mess, guest house, sports facilities, and medical center. Hostel fee is quite feasible, which is around INR 2-3 K per annum.
