The Coimbatore Institute of Management and Technology (CIMAT) was started in 1996 by Kovai Kalaimagal Educational Trust as an Autonomous Institution.

To be effective in the current environment, professional education should provide a broad intellectual understanding of the new paradigm, newer techniques of decision-making with the support of newer technologies, and work in different cultures and environments.

By providing opportunities for enhancing creativity, self-confidence, assertiveness, communication, and leadership skills, CIMATprovides value based higher education and develops the overall personality of the students.

The Coimbatore Institute of Management and Technology (CIMAT) exclusively offers post-graduate programs in Business Administration (MBA) and Computer Applications (MCA).

PLACEMENT:

The institute’s placement cell officers visit various hiring managers of reputed organizations to build a healthy relationship between academia and industry. It provides students with many programs such as overall Development, skill Training, a strong foundation in core subjects, and pre-placement preparations.

HOSTEL:

CIMAT provides accommodation facilities for girls and boys separately on the campus with clean and spacious rooms. It has a separate mess facility that provides clean and nutritious food for the students. The hostel contains all basic amenities for comfortable living in the hostel.
