BJB Autonomous College, Bhubaneshwar, is one of the leading educational institutes, which was started in the year 1957 under the initiative of the Orissa Government. The college's campus area is spread over 28 acres of land with the most delicate infrastructure and good academic facilities. Earlier, BJB was affiliated with Utkal University till 1998, and then it started functioning as an autonomous college in 1999. Institute has been accredited by NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) with an ‘A’ Grade. At present, the college is also offering some of the self-financing courses along with regular courses by collaborating with some of the educational institutes like Heritage Vision Education Trust, Prativa Education Trust, and your Trust.

• BJB College offers Under Graduate courses in BA (Hons), B. Com (Hons), BA, B.Sc. (Hons), B.SC., B. Com and offers Post Graduate Programs MBA, MA, and M.Com. College also provides Integrated Program in B.Sc.+M.Sc.
• BJB College offers Self-Financing Courses in IMBA, IMSc-Electronics & Tele-communication, IMS Bio-Informatics, and B.Sc. ITM (Information Technology and Management) at UG Level and it offers Self-financing PG courses in MAJMC, MCFC, MA in Personnel Management & Industrial Relation, MA in THM (Tourism & Hospitality Management), and MBA (Lateral Entry in Business Administration.
• Admissions for UG and PG Courses at BJB College will be provided purely based on academic merit in the last qualifying examination. The entries for the self-financing courses will be based on entrance tests that the institute will conduct.
