As per SMVDU's latest notification, applicants for the full-time 4-year-long B. Arch program must have passed class 12th exams from a recognized institution and that too with more than 50% aggregate marks, especially in subjects like Physics, Chemistry, and Math.

Apart from satisfying this basic eligibility criterion, the university will prefer students who have also taken the JEE MAINS-Paper 2/ NATA exams, followed by participating in SMVDU Counseling/ JOSAA/ CBSA. Unlike the other full-time SMVDU PG courses,  MA does not require any entrance exam as admission is based only on merit. However, applicants must pass their Bachelor's degree exams with at least 50% aggregate exams from a UGC Approved university. Although students from any domain can apply for these MA courses, those who have studied the same subjects during their Bachelor's degree and are now in their Master's will be given preference.

SMVDU offers multiple courses that students can apply for via their online portal. To streamline the whole process, the university does not accept offline applications.
