The institute is shortly known as JSSATE, established in 1997, located in Bangalore, Karnataka. JSS Mahavidyapeetha, Mysore manage it and if affiliated with VTU, Belgaum. JSSATE offers UG and PG programs in engineering and management fields with various specializations. Admission for the courses offered by the institute will be entrance based and performance in previous examinations. JSS Academy of Technical Education BE Admission 

• The institute offers BE courses under the UG program with an annual intake of 120 students per branch for four years.
• The candidates applying for BE course at JSSATE must have passed the 12th board examination with 45% marks from a recognized board.
• The Admission for BE program at JSSATE is based on KCET / COMEDK UGET or JEE Main examination scores.
• The students must reach the cut-off scores of BE program at JSSATE to get admission.  
• JSSATE will provide 45% of the seats to students who have appeared and cleared CET conducted by the Government of Karnataka.
• 30% of the seats are filled through COMEDK, and 25% will be filled through the Management quota.
• The rest 10% will be filled by the students applying for the B. Tech Lateral program entry quota.
• The final selection for BE program will be based on academic performance, entrance scores and counselling performance.
• The students selected for the BE program can fill the application form and attach the required documents on the official website.

JSS Academy of Technical Education M. Tech Admission

• The College of JSSATE offers an M. Tech program with four disciplines for four academic years.
• JSSATE's annual intake for the M. Tech course at JSSATE will be 18 students per branch.
• Admission for M. Tech is done through BE or B. Tech with a minimum of 50% marks and 45% marks for SC / ST candidates in relevant branches.
• The selection process for the M. Tech program at JSSATE will be based on GATE and PGCET entrance examination scores.
• The students applying for the M. Tech program must reach the cut-off scores of JSSATE to get admission.
• Students who have appeared in GATE will get direct admission based on counselling rounds conducted by the University.
• The selected students for M. Tech courses must fill the application form to get admission at JSSATE.
• The candidates will have to visit the university's official website to apply for the M. Tech course.
• Applicants must fill the application form with correct information and submit it with the necessary documents.

JSS Academy of Technical Education MBA Admission 

• The Institute of JSSATE offers an MBA program at the PG level for the students with an annual intake of 60 students per branch.
• The students seeking admission for the MBA program at JSSATE must have passed with 50% marks from a recognized board.
• The admission for the MBA program at JSSATE will be based on GMAT / MAT / CAT / PGCET entrance test, management quota scores.  
• 50% of the seats are provided to students of CAT / MAT / GMAT / PGCET, Government of Karnataka and 50% seats are provided through Management Quota.
• The cut-off scores of the MBA course at JSSATE will be provided online on the official website, and students must reach the Cut-off scores to get selected.
• The selection process will be based on entrance exam scores, academic performance, and the institute's counselling.
• The selected students will have to appear in counselling sessions, and students will have to apply online by filling the application form.
