Dhanalakshmi College of Engineering (DCE), Chennai, was incepted in 2001 with AICET approval and affiliated with Anna University, Chennai. The College offers B.Tech, M.Tech, and MBA programs with specializations. The College follows regulations laid by Tamil Nadu Govt. for Admission procedure.

• Higher Secondary Examination in PCM subjects is the basic eligibility for the B.Tech program.
• Diploma Engineering Students are also eligible for applying for B.Tech lateral entry.
• Selection for admission is based on the TNEA rank list that Anna University prepares based on merit in the qualifying exam.
• Students must have a bachelor’s degree to apply to MBA and M.Tech programs.
• Admission Selection for MBA and M.Tech programs is based on the TANCET exam score conducted by Anna University.

DCE Chennai B.Tech Admissions:

B.Tech program admission to the college will be made based on the TNEA rank list based on merit in the qualifying exam. The basic eligibility is 10+2 or equivalent in PCM with minimum marks from any recognized board. The B.Tech program is offered in the college for two years with six specializations.

The students who have B.Sc. A degree of Diploma Engineering or equivalent is also eligible for B.Tech Lateral Admission based on merit.

DCE Chennai B.Tech Cut Off:

DCE, Chennai M.Tech Admissions:

The students are offered the M.Tech program with two specializations for two years. The students are supposed to hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering to apply for the M.Tech program. The students will be selected based on TANCET exam scores followed by counseling conducted by Anna University at State Level.

DCE Chennai MBA Admissions:

The students must have a valid score in the TANCET exam for applying for MBA admission in the college with basic eligibility of bachelor’s degree in any stream with minimum marks from any recognized board. The MBA program is offered for two years. The selection for the program will be based on the TANCET score followed by Anna University State Level Counseling.

DCE, Chennai Application Process:

The students must first confirm the availability of seats by visiting the college campus and applying for admission. Registration is to be made by the students through online mode for TNEA by paying INR 500/- for general category students and INR 250/- for reserved category students. The Application form to the college can be filed and submitted through online mode or also through offline mode.
