Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Professional Studies (BCIPS Dwaraka) has been at the forefront of providing management education to students from across India for over a decade. It is affiliated with GGSIPU and follows the admission guidelines prescribed by it. BCIPS offers professional programs, including MBA and BBA, in management. Banarsidas Chandiwala College admits students to its professional courses, namely MBA and BBA, through a rigorous selection process. For MBA admissions, candidates undergo online counselling conducted by GGSIPU, with their eligibility determined based on their performance in the Common Admission Test (CAT) conducted by the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) and the IPUCET conducted by GGSIPU. Similarly, admission to the BBA program is based on performance in the Common Entrance Test (IPUCET) conducted by GGSIPU. It's important to note that all BCIPS Course admissions are merit-based, and BCIPS does not offer direct or management quota admissions.

BCIPS Dwaraka BBA Admission

BCIPS offers a 3-year BBA program, which is aligned with the curriculum provided by GGSIPU, the university with which it is affiliated. The institute adheres to the guidelines and quality standards established by the AICTE. These standards also follow the requirements set forth by the affiliating university.


The BBA is structured into six semesters, each lasting for five months. This format ensures students receive a comprehensive education covering various business administration and management aspects throughout their program. BCIPS Delhi Eligibility/Selection Criteria

The eligibility criteria for admission to the BBA program, as mandated by GGSIPU University, are as follows:

  • Candidates must have passed the 12th class (10+2) examination from CBSE or an equivalent board.
  • A minimum aggregate score of 50% in the 12th class examination is required.
  • Additionally, candidates must have passed the 12th class examination with English as a subject, which can be either core, elective, or functional.


Admissions to the BBA program are conducted exclusively on a merit basis. The selection process is based on the performance of candidates in the IPU CET, administered by the GGSIPU. That ensures a fair and standardized evaluation of candidates, leading to the selection of qualified individuals for the BBA program.


BCIPS Dwaraka MBA Admission

BCIPS offers a two-year MBA program, which adheres to the curriculum prescribed by GGSIPU, where it is affiliated. The institute maintains the highest quality standards and follows the established norms and guidelines for delivering the MBA program.


The AICTE designs the course content and delivery methods regulations, a body under the Ministry of Human Resource Development (HRD) of the Government of India. Additionally, the program complies with the standards established by the affiliating university.

BCIPS MBA Eligibility

You need a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university to get in. In addition, they need to have scored at least 50% overall in their bachelor's degree. Meeting these criteria is essential for consideration in the admission process.


BCIPS MBA Admission process

Admissions for the MBA program primarily rely on the CAT scores conducted by IIMs. Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University conducts centralized counselling for affiliated colleges, including BCIPS. If there are still open spots after CAT-based counselling, you can get in through CMAT and IPCET. Our institute admits all 120 seats based on merit determined by the university. During counselling, students can choose the college or institute they want to attend.


BCIPS MBA Syllabus

The MBA program consists of four semesters, totalling 108 credits. You will learn management, economics, marketing, and IT in the first semester. Students study technology management, finance, research, and HR during the second semester.


They can also choose electives and work on a minor project. In the third semester, you will complete a training report, and study specialized electives. Students complete a project dissertation in the fourth semester and pursue further electives.


To complete the program, you must specialize in major and minor subjects. In the third semester, take three electives; in the fourth, take two. A minimum of 102 credits is necessary to earn the MBA degree.
