The following are the tentative dates of the exam schedule of BITS MCA 2025. The interested candidates can go through the schedule of the exam dates:-

The below mentioned are the few eligibility criteria to appear for the BITS MCA 2025 examination. The candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria before proceeding for the registration, as the examination authority has set some priority for the candidates to appear with entrance test.

• The candidate should have passed classes 10th and 12th with a minimum of 60% in aggregate applicable to the general category.
• For the reserved category (SC/ST/PH) candidates, the marks should be 55% in aggregate in classes 10 and 12.

BITS MCA 2025 application form will be available online on the official website on (https://www.bitmesra.ac.in). The registration will start in the month of March 2025 (tentative). The applicants should fill out the application form online and submit it.

The following are a few details the candidate should follow while filling out the application form.

• The candidates need to visit the official website link mentioned above.
• Apply online and create a username and password as per the instructions.
• The candidates should fill out and submit the application form online.

• The BITS MCA 2025 entrance exam will be conducted online. The question paper will consist of total 120 questions and the duration of time will be for 20 hours.
• The questions will be an objective-type MCQ pattern in which the candidates need to choose one correct option among the choices.
• The candidates will get 4 marks each for every correct answer and for every wrong answer 1 mark will be deducted. For unattempted questions, no marks will be allotted.
• The question paper will consist of a total 4 sections that include mathematics, analytical ability & logical reasoning, computer awareness, and English.

Admit cards of BITS MCA 2025 will be sent via email or by post to all the candidates who have successfully completed the registration of the application form within a time period before the start of the examination.
The admit card will also be available on the official website of the BITS MCA 2025 on the following link: www.bitmesra.ac.in. The admit card can be downloaded from the website of the institute in the month of May 2025
The candidates should carry their admit card into the examination hall. The admit card will contain all the necessary information’s like the venue of the exam, exam time slot, roll, and many other important details.

The BITS MCA 2025 result will be declared online on the official website. The candidates must log into their accounts and review the entrance test score they received. The result will be announced in the month of June 2025 (tentative). The shortlisted candidates will be called for counseling.

The selection of BITS MCA 2025 will be done on the basis of the entrance test marks obtained by the applicants
in BITS MCA .The Shortlisted candidates will be called for the admission procedure.

The notification of the counseling will be announced on the official website. The counseling will start after the declaration of the result in the last week of June 2025 (tentative). No other notification or intimation will be sent to the candidates individually.
