Good scores (250–299): Those with marks ranging from 250–299 shall be considered excellent for MBA aspirants. However, it can be difficult to get seats in top-tier B-schools. Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements can apply to mid-tier B-schools, which are easily accessible. It means candidates may need more practice and understanding to get into top-tier colleges.

Average Scores (200–249): CMAT scores ranging from 200 to 249 will be considered average. It will be difficult to get a seat if they want admission to top management colleges, getting a seat will be difficult. The competition will still be fierce, and we want to perform better. However, candidates can still get seats in some of the decent management institutes.

Low Scores (150–199): Any score below 199 will be considered low. It is suggested that they consider again applying for the exam.
