TS ICET Counselling 2025 Begins - Check Dates, Registration, Documents & Seat Allotment Guide

The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has officially published the notification for TS ICET Counselling 2025 along with the complete schedule at their official website. As per the schedule, TS ICET Counselling Registration date 2025 is 20 August. Also, the slot booking for document verification continues until August 28, 2025.

The TS ICET counselling is conducted for admission to MBA across Telangana Management Colleges. TS ICET counselling takes place in two rounds, followed by a round of spot counselling to fill any remaining seats. TS ICET Counselling Process involves a combination of online activities and offline verification at the nearest helpline centre.

The first stage of the counselling process is a registration cum slot booking. Candidates who have booked their slot must attend for document verification round. Only those candidates who have completed their verification will have the eligibility to submit their web options (course/college preference).

The TS ICET 2025 seat allotment result will be released based on the candidates' rank and category, the TS ICET cut-off 2025, availability of seats, and preference filled. Candidates who have received their allotment will have to pay an admission fee for the allotted college/ course and report to the allotted college to confirm admission.

Who is eligible for TS ICET Counselling 2025

For candidates to be eligible for Telangana MBA counselling 2025, they should fulfil the following eligibility requirements:

Candidates are required to qualify TS ICET 2025 and satisfy the cut-off marks.
Candidates must be Indian citizens and qualifies local/non-local status under the Telangana State Rules.
Candidates should possess bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/BC)
However, candidates seeking admission in the final year should provide proof of passing at the time of admission.
The candidates will have to produce the original educational certificates and Original documents at the time of verification at the helpline centre.

TS ICET Counselling Process 2025

Below is the simple step-by-step process for the candidates to follow for a better understanding of Telangana ICET counselling process 2025.

Step 1: TS ICET 2025 Online Registration and Slot Booking (Phase 1)

Eligible candidates can register online and pay the TS ICET 2025 counselling fee starting from August 20, 2025.
After the payment, you are required to book a slot for document verification at one of the help-line centres in TS ICET.

Step 2: TS ICET 2025 Certificate Verification

Candidates have to attend the Document verification phase at their chosen helping centre at the scheduled date and time.

Step 3: TS ICET 2025 Web option entry (Choice Filling)

Once your documents are verified, candidates can login and fill their preferences for college and course online.
This is very crucial, and the seat allotment will highly depend on your options filled.

Step 4: Seat Allotment

Admission allotment list will be prepared by TGCHE based on Rank, Choice filled, Reservation criteria and documents verified.
Candidates who are eligible will receive their provisional seat allotment orders.

Step 5: Fee Payment and Reporting

Candidates have to pay their admission/tuition fee as indicated in the allotment order.
Candidates shall have to report to the allotted college by the dates indicated to report and confirm their admission.

Step 6: Final Phases and Spot Round

There will be a Final Phase counselling for those candidates who were unable to take Phase 1 or were unable to get seats in the previous schedule.
In addition, a Spot Round can be conducted, after the allotment of seats in various colleges, to fill remaining seats, particularly in private unaided colleges.

Documents required for TS ICET Counselling 2025

For TS ICET Counselling 2025, the candidates must possess the original certificates and photocopies for verification purposes while reporting at the TS ICET Counselling helpline centres.
