CAT 2025 Admit card Releases on November 5

IIM Kozhikode is conducting body of CAT 2025.  The exam will be held on November 30, 2025. As per the latest update, the CAT 2025 admit card will be released on November 5, 2025. Applicants can download the admit card from the official website at iimcat.ac.in. The CAT 2025 registration last date was September 20, 2025.

Candidates should check for admit cards between 10 am and 5 pm, as the exact time has not yet been announced by the authorities. CAT 2025 will be conducted in three slots, and relevant details will be provided on the CAT admit card. Candidates must attend the exam according to their allotted slot timings.  

CAT 2025 Admit Card Download Process:

The admit card or hall ticket of CAT 2025 is available in online mode. Applicants can follow the steps below to download the card without any hassle:  

• Only the candidates who have registered for the exam will be eligible to obtain an admit card.
• Applicants must visit iimcat.ac.in and look for the admit card section.
• Using the application number and password, applicants can do CAT 2025 admit card login.
• Click on the admit card tab, and the respective card will display on the screen.
• Applicants should check all the details printed on the card and then click on the download tab.
• Candidates can download the admit card until the previous day of examination.
• Always take hard copy of the admit card as it is a vital document for examination.

It is mandatory for applicants to carry the hall ticket or admit card to the exam centre; without that, candidates will not be allowed to take up the exam.

Next, consider important CAT 2025 admit card guidelines:

• If there are any errors on the admit card, it must be reported to the IIM CAT help desk and rectified.
• A digital copy of the admit card is not accepted in the exam centre.
• Along with the admit card, candidates must also carry 2 passport-size photographs as well.
• Exam centre will not accept any damaged admit card.
• Candidates must carry all the relevant documents in case of any medical condition.
• Candidates must appear for the exam as per the slot timings given on the admit card.
• Those with name change must carry the affidavit attached by the concerned authority.
• If any PWD candidates needs scribe, then they must carry scribe certificate attached by competent authority. 

CAT 2025 exam pattern:

It is important for the applicants to be aware of the exam pattern for better preparations and results.

• Being an online exam, CAT 2025 is conducted for a total 2 hours.
• The CAT exam paper is divided into 3 sections such as: Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC), Quantitative Aptitude (QA), and Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning (DILR).
• VARC has 24 questions, DILR has 22 questions, and QA has 22 questions.
• Candidates will get around 40 mins to clear each section. The paper is a combination of MCQs and Type-in-the-answer kind of questions.
• The total marks is 204. For every correct answer, 3 marks are given, and for every wrong answer, 1 mark is deducted. For answered questions, there is no negative marking.
