The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) is the organizing committee of the KCET examination. The current year examination dates are out by the Deputy CM of Karnataka, C N Ashwathnarayan, on Twitter. According to the schedule, the KCET exam will be held on July 7 & 8 of 2021. Karnataka Common Entrance Test 2021 will be conducted for professional courses on July 7 and July 8. The four essential papers (PCMB) will be completed in these two days. Biology and Mathematics paper will be on July 7, and Physics & Chemistry paper will be on July 8, 2021. But on the other hand, the students of Horanadu and Gadinadu Kannadiga have KCET 2021 exam on July 9, 2021.
KCET is a state-level examination conducted offline (pen-paper mode). These exam scores will provide admissions for students willing to joining any of the degree colleges in Karnataka state. All the dates regarding the application forms, last date of submission, admit card release, and result dates will be updated on the official KCET exam portal.
The exam dates have been finalized only after considering other dates of essential entrance examinations.

Students' eligibility depends on their 10 & 12 board exams with at least a bare minimum percentage to clear the KCET exam with good performance. Candidates must have a minimum of 40% in all core subjects, and these scores will be considered for getting admissions for B-tech, Architecture, B.Pharma, and other various courses.
