The JEE Main 2021 exam organized by the authorized body called NTA will be releasing the admit card or hall ticket for the 2021 academic year examination held Feb on 22 & 25 in two sessions. The JEE Main exam is mainly for qualifying the students to get admissions in Engineering and other courses to accept JEE as an eligible examination.  

Once the admit cards are live on the website, the registered candidates will be notified about the information and the steps to known how to download so that all the candidates can be prepared before-in-hand.  

In this current year, due to all the pandemic and COVID situation, NTA has drawn specific guidelines for JEE Main that needs to be followed by every candidate on the day of examination.   

While entering the examination center, candidates should mandatorily carry the hall ticket or the admit card with an additional photo ID proof. The candidates should bring a self-declaration certificate mentioning the candidate's health status and previous travel history as laid out by NTA because of the new regulations. This certificate will ensure the candidate himself is safe and reduces vulnerability.  

Steps to download JEE Main 2021 Exam Admit Card

Step 1: students will have to check the official website of JEE Main as jeemain.nta.nic.in

Step 2: To check the admit card details-registered candidates should enter the login details as passwords created for registration.

Step 3: once the details are put in, the admit card will be displayed, and the students have to cross-check the details and then download the hall ticket, respectively. 

Exam Day Instructions Guidelines for JEE Main 2021           

  • Some of the basic rules that need to be followed by the registered candidates are- being present at the exam venue an hour before the examination, carry the admit card and other ID proof for verification. 
  • Students shouldn't carry any bags or external things to the examination hall.
  • Students should carry their hand-sanitizers, water bottles, and only necessary things to be taken inside the exam center. 
  • During the invigilation, the staff has to check the signature and ID proof of students and verify them.  
  • The students' seating arrangement is made by following proper social-distancing for the complete exam time duration. 
  • Stationery things like geometry boxes, pencils, and other items are allowed inside the exam hall as required for writing the examination.  
  • Any additional stationery taken from the exam hall, like worksheets, spare pens, etc., has to be returned to the invigilator at the time of leaving the examination hall.
