Jain University application Process

At Jain University, application forms for UG & PG courses are accepted online. Henceforth, the Jain University application form filling process for UG & PG courses is only online. There is no provision for offline forms. Only for courses like M.Phil and Ph.D., the applications are accepted in offline mode. Below are the common steps to be followed by the applicants for the approval of the form. 

  • To submit the applications to Jain University, the candidates should visit the official website to fill in the online form. 
  • Applicants will have to choose their choice of course and then give their contact details for the registration.
  • The candidates must put in all the necessary docs and certificates to verify their applicant eligibility.
  • To complete the application submission, the students must pay the Jain University application form fees by either Net Banking or card payment or by DD in the name of the University.
  • Once the submission is made, an application number will be sent to the applicant's contact details.   
  • If the applicants are to be applied by working professionals, then they submit a No Objection Certificate given to the employers.

The selection process at Jain University happens after the applications are scrutinized, and the candidates will be shortlisted for the counseling process to claim the seat. Later, the candidates will have to go through selection rounds like WAT, GD, and PI to make the final selection. Students who meet the given eligibility requirement by clearing and qualified in JET for UG programs or any other entrance exams considered by Jain university will be called for rounds of Counselling and allotment of seats on the given dates.

The JET entrance exam for Jain University Admissions                                            

JET is a University level entrance exam conducted by Jain University. The examination is being held to provide admission to the UG and PG programs.

  • Admission to the candidates will be granted based on the merit cum rank secured in JET.
  • The mode of the JET examination is both online as well offline. At the same time, the JET exam duration is three hours.
  • The eligibility for UG candidates to take up this exam is to have completed their board exams with a min of 45%.
  • PG candidates, to be eligible to take up JET- must complete their graduation degree in the relevant stream.

  • After qualifying in the JET Exam, candidates have to undergo on-campus Counselling.
  • As per the JET Exam pattern for B Tech, there are a total of 150 MCQ questions that are divided into Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Logical Reasoning.
  •  Jain University JET Cut off will be changing every year, and the updated list will be given out on the University website.
  • Candidates willing to apply for B Tech admission to Jain University must attempt JET and score identical to the JET Cut off criteria as prescribed by Jain University.

Jain University MAT cut-off score

AIMA is the organizing authority of the MAT entrance exam, where the minimum cut-off or qualified marks for the MAT are not openly out. The exam will be held in CBT, PBT, and IBT methods. There is a negative marking of 1/4 for every wrong answer. Candidates interested in pursuing an MBA degree at Jain University must score a minimum of 73 percentile on the MAT Entrance Test.

Jain University CAT cut-off score

One of the topmost accepting entrance exams for MBA admissions at Jain University is the CAT exam. During the seat allotment process, the University will prefer CAT qualifiers.
