CSAB 2020

Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) has been released the schedule for CSAB 2020 special round registration, which is held to provide admission into B Tech course which are offered by NITs, IITs and GFTIs. Through CSAB score, applicants can apply for the vacant seats which are available at the participating institutes. CSAB 2020 online registration for special round started from 17th November 2020 and eligible candidates can complete the CSAB special round registration, fees payment and choice filling procedure till 19th November 2020.

As per the schedule declaration, concerned admission authority will release the CSAB 2020 Special round 1 seat allotment result on 20th November 2020.Apart from this, online reporting and option exercising can me made till 23rd November 2020.

It is important to note, candidates who are willing to register for CSAB 2020 special round, must make sure certain eligibility conditions before proceeding to register.

• Candidates who have secure valid score in JEE Main entrance exam are eligible to register for Special Round CSAB 2020
• Candidates who have registered for JoSAA counselling but not acquired any seat during the JoSAA seat allocation process from round 1 to 6, such candidates are also eligible to register.
• Those candidates who have been allotted seat in IIITs, NITs or GFTIs via JoSAA counselling and also opted for the participation in the CSAB 2020 special round during the time of reporting at the allotted college, are also eligible to take part in special round of counselling.
• Candidates who have been chosen for ‘Not to Participate in CSAB Special Round’ during the time of reporting, after the conclusion of JoSAA counselling. Such candidates are not eligible to take part in CSAB

Step 1: At first, candidates must log on to the official website (@ csab.nic.in)

Step 2: Then click on “New Registration”, proceed to enter the relevant details such as JEE Main Roll Number and other relevant details appropriately.

Step 3: After filling up completely, candidates should upload the scanned images of the necessary educational documents according to the prescribed format.

Step 4: Later, pay the CSAB 2020 Registration Process Fees as per the category wise via online mode. It should be noted, in case if candidates fail to pay the processing amount, then the registration process will be incomplete.
