COMEDK UGET Registration 2026 Begins Soon

The COMEDK Registration is expected to begin in January . In contrast, the exact schedule will be announced on the official website of COMEDK by the last week of December 2026.

COMEDK is the gateway for securing admission to the Top Private Engineering Colleges in Karnataka. COMEDK Registration shall be done only through the online mode whereas the admission and further counseling process will take place in the physical mode. The candidates aiming to pursue engineering degrees in Karnataka shall fill in the COMEDK Application Form .

COMEDK UGET Exam Mode is online proctored wherein the students shall attempt 180 questions for the completion of the exam. There is no negative marking attached to the exam which renders it easier for the students to crack the exam.

COMEDK Exam Dates

The exact exam dates for COMEDK UGET have not been notified on the official website of COMEDK. However, as per the previous year's conduction of the examination, the exam for the academic year is most likely to take place in May .

COMEDK registration will begin in the 4th week of January or the 1st week of February . The last date to apply for COMEDK might be in April.

After the release of COMEDK Result in the form of scorecards, the merit list is released, based on which the students are supposed to apply for further admission procedure wherein the allotment of colleges shall be done to the candidates based on COMEDK cutoff.

COMEDK UGET Eligibility Criteria

Entrants who satisfy the eligibility criteria for the exam are allowed to fill in the application forms. Every such detail shall be published in the application form in the online mode with supporting documents in a scanned manner under the justified size of 2KB in the acceptable form of documents such as pdf, jpg, or jpeg.

The eligibility criteria specified are:

1. Scoring more than 45% in 10+2 or equivalent grade from a recognized board.

2. Scoring more than 40% in 10+2 or equivalent grade from a recognized board for the reserved category students such as SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and PwBD.

3. Student shall have Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as their primary subject in 10+2 or equivalent grade.

COMEDK Application Process

To apply for COMEDK UGET , the students are directed to visit only the official website  and refer to the notifications released on the same from time to time.

The application will be released in January /February and the last date to apply is in April .

To fill out the registration form, the students shall follow the below-mentioned steps:

Step 1: Create a fresh login account on the official website.

Step 2: Add the accurate credentials in the application form of COMEDK UGET .

Step 3: Upload the identity proof of the candidate, such as an aadhar card, PAN Card, or a Driver's License.

Step 4: Upload the copies of the educational proof of the candidate such as 10th and 12th grade marksheet.

Step 5: Ensure that all the details added are accurate and added with due diligence.

Step 6: Submit the application fee of INR 1500 + 18% GST + Convenience Charges. For the students appearing for the UNI Gauge Exam as well, the application fee is 2400 + 18% GST + Convenience Charges.

Before attempting the exam, students shall get to know about the exam pattern of the COMEDK Exam Pattern which is conducted in the online remote proctored mode for all the students.
