Consortium of Medical Engineering & Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMED-K) has been commenced the COMEDK Counselling 2020 choice filling for round-1 from 23rd November 2020. Eligible candidates can fill up their choices in option entry form according to their preferences till 25th November 2020. Initially, candidates who have been successfully registered for the COMEDK Counselling by paying the stipulated processing fees and candidates whose documents are verified successfully so far, only such candidates will be able to fill up the choices.
In order to fill up the choices of colleges/courses in option entry form, candidates required to visit the official website (@ comedk.org) and must log in to the candidate portal by using their application number/user Id and password, which was generated earlier during COMEDK application process. The consortium also released the complete COMEDK 2020 Counselling Schedule on its official website.
Once the choice filling process is completed, the varsity will release the COMEDK 2020 Mock seat allotment Result on 27th December 2020. Later, candidates will be offered a facility to edit/modify their choices of preferences which have been filled in the option form. This facility will be available between 27th to 28th November 2020.
Thereafter, varsity will release the COMEDK 2020 final seat allotment result on 30th November 2020 in online mode. Candidates can view their seat allotment order by visiting to the official web portal of COMEDK. Later, seat allotted candidates can deposit the prescribed fees via online mode in order to confirm the seat. As per the proclaimed schedule, candidates must make the payment between 30th November to 2nd December 2020.
Upon successful payment, candidates required to report to the allotted institute between 30th November 2020 to 2nd December 2020.It is important to noted, once candidates confirm their seats by paying the fees, they cannot change it subsequently. Later, designated colleges will inform the candidates about the commencement of classes for new academic sessions.
COMEDK Counselling 2020: How to fill choices?
After the document verification round, verified candidates need to follow the steps which is mentioned below in order to fill up the choices
Step 1: Primarily, visit to the official website (@ comedk.org)
Step 2: On home page “Click on Engineering Login” Option
Step 3: Candidate’s Login Portal will appear on the screen, then proceed to enter the login credentials (application number/user ID & Password)
Step 4: Upon successful login, choice filling form/option entry form will display on screen
Step 5: Then, proceed to fill up the choices of colleges/courses according to the priority
Step 6: Later, save the choices which have been filled in the form and lock it. Also, it is advisable for the candidates to take the print out of same.
