Candidates are eligible to get admission to the BE under the Institute level quota/Management
quota in Yadavrao Tasgaonkar College. But it is mandatory to appear for any one of the entrance exams either JEE Main or MHT CET. For instance, if your rank is lower than the cutoff, you were unable to get a seat through the DTE CAP Process. Then, you can apply under the institute quota.
