The college offers B Tech/BE in seven specialties at the undergraduate level. Also, B Tech lateral entry is available for Diploma holders.

Pillai Hoc College B Tech Eligibility Requirements

• A pass in 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and one of the following topics: Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Technical/Vocational, is required for admission to BE at PHCET.
• Applicants who have completed a Diploma in Engineering and Technology or a B.Sc. Degree from a UGC-accredited university with a minimum of 50% (45% for reserved category candidates) are also eligible to apply for the B Tech Lateral program.

Pillai Hoc College B Tech Selection Criteria

• Admission to the BE program at PHCET is determined by the merit/rank obtained in the MHT CET and JEE Main exams, followed by CAP. (Centralized admission process)
• DTE Maharashtra conducts CAP. Students willing to secure B Tech admission seats through CAP must register themselves based on entrance test results.
• The CAP registration procedure is entirely online. Therefore, candidates are required to visit the website of DTE to fill the online CAP application form.
• The authority prepares the final merit list based on the student's rank acquired in MHT CET or JEE Main. Students whose names are listed in the merit list can participate in other CAP admission rounds.
• Once the choice filling rounds are complete, the authority will allocate the seats to eligible students if they qualify the Pillai Hoc College B Tech cut off criteria.

Pillai Hoc College M Tech Admission

• ME degree at PHCET is available in six specializations with 24 seats.
• To be eligible for ME admission at PHCET, a candidate must have completed a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline of engineering and technology from an AICTE/Central/State approved university.
• In addition, candidates must score a valid score in GATE Entrance Exam. Based on GATE results, candidates can apply through CAP Counselling. The final seat allotment will be done through CAP.

Pillai Hoc College Application Process

• PHCE accepts offline application forms for both M Tech & B Tech. However, students have to visit the campus to obtain the  Pillai Hoc College application forms. The application fees for B Tech cost INR 1000.
• Candidates must submit the application form with required documents and a receipt of acknowledgement to the college campus.
• For ME admissions at PHCET, the application fee is INR 1000 for General category candidates and INR 800 for Reserved category candidates. The application fee can only be paid online using a debit card, credit card, or net banking.
