The MBBS course is offered for five years that includes 1 year of compulsory internships. The course has primary training in various departments like Neurology, Cardiology, Nephrology etc. Students will also be exposed to minor OPD based procedures and techniques with the essential practice of Medicine. The department also provides micro-teaching methods to have greater student-teacher interaction. The admission to the course will be based on entrance exam scores and counselling sessions.

• The admission for the MBBS course at Terna Medical College will be based on NEET UG rank. Additionally, candidates have to register for counselling based on NEET results.  
• The eligibility for the MBBS course at TMC is to pass 10+2 with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology.  
• The candidates who belong to the reserved category must have scored 45% marks.
• The seat allotment of the candidates will be done through counselling sessions. In order to be eligible for securing MBBS seats, candidates must satisfy the Terna Medical College NEET Cut off standards.
