The NEET-UG or ASSO CET-AMUPMDC counselling is used to determine admissions to the MBBS at TMC. As a result, candidates are chosen based on their NEET or ASSO CET exam score and rank. Students must then sit for the appropriate counselling and be assigned to TMC in subsequent rounds. Final selection and admission to MBBS at TMC are done based on the institute's cut-off.

Aspirants applying for the MBBS course must have qualified 10+2 with an aggregate of 50% in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology, and have to appear for the NEET/ ASSO CET examination. They can then apply for admissions once the counselling rounds and its results must be out.
