Symbiosis School of Banking Management

Symbiosis School of Banking Management (SSBM) was started in the year 2010 under the affiliation of Symbiosis International University. The school of management is accredited by NAAC with A grade for academic excellence in management education. It is a private college which covers about 7 Acres of land with basic modern facilities to cater the needs of the students.

Course details:

Management in Business Administration (MBA):

The MBA program in this college has the objective to improve related knowledge and develop skills among the students to face the challenges in the Banking, Finance and Insurance sectors. The candidates have to clear the SNAP test for getting admissions in the college for the MBA courses.

Placement:

Training and Placement cell has links with national and international companies in banking, finance, insurance and IT sectors.

The average salary offered to the students was INR 7-8 LPA and the highest salary was offered by Coca Cola i.e. INR 10 LPA.

Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF):

The PGDBF is a 1 year course which provides the students with knowledge about the current trends used in the banking and finance sectors. It is a full time course and the candidates must have Bachelor’s degree with 50% aggregate from recognized university in order to get admissions in the college.

Certificate Program in Banking, Finance and Insurance (CPBFI):

The CPBFI provides the students with essential skills and knowledge required in order to improve employability in about 40 days duration. After completing the program the candidates can apply for entry level jobs in general insurance and life insurance companies, finance companies and banking sectors.

Hostel fee:

The hostel has Non AC rooms with double and triple sharing facility with the required basic amenities to cater the needs of the faculties and students.

The hostel has housekeeping facility every morning and the mess provides hygienic and quality food to the students.
