ShriRam College of Engineering & Management

Dayal Seva Evam Shiksha Samiti, Morena started the Shriram College of Engineering and Management (SRCEM) in 1998. The college offers courses like B.Tech and M.Tech, and the selection of candidates is based on the rank scored in the JEE Main and GATE. The vision is to achieve excellence in providing technical and scientific education for the nation's economic development.

• The college's mission is to develop and shape the students by imparting education of excellence and quality.
• The objective is to provide engineering education to the students to make them ready for the corporate world.
• The campus covers 50 acres of land with facilities like classrooms, auditorium, hostel, library, laboratory, cafeteria, medical, sports, and computer labs.
• The library has 30000 books, 2500 titles, and ASME and IEEE journals subscription. The computer labs have more than 800 desktops with lease line internet facility.

The college has collaborated with IIT Bombay to provide employment opportunities for the students and staff under MHRD. KALA MANDIR, Shriram Talent Search, and Sanskriti are the various cultural activities conducted in the college to achieve overall development other than academics. Well-furnished hostels are present for both boys and girls with wardens to maintain safety and discipline with a fee of INR 49.5-59.5k per annum.

Placement:

The training and placement cell of the college has links with a huge number of national companies in the industrial world. The students are provided with industrial exposure to help them gain information about the current use of modern technology. Industrial visits are provided to students in companies like SAB Miller, JK Tyre, Cadbury, etc., and summer internship opportunities with a good stipend given every month. Igate, ICICI Bank, Quick Heal, Cipla Limited, Godrej Pvt. Ltd., Hexaware Technologies, Syntel, CMS India, Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL), L&T Infotech and Deutsche Bank, etc. are the top recruiters of the institute. The average salary offered to meritorious students is INR 2.7 LPA, and the highest is INR 5 LPA.
