Royal Institute of Management and Technology (RIMT) has the vision of providing the weaker sections of the society with feasible and value-based education, which improves discovery, learning, and citizenship in the community. The mission is to give ever challenging, vibrant, and supportive environment for the students, which enhances understanding. The institute is approved by AICTE and is affiliated with Deen Bandhu Sir Chottu Ram University of Science and Technology.

• The institute's courses are B.Tech, BBA, M.Tech, and MBA with many specializations, and the candidates have to clear JEE Main, GATE, and CAT/MAT to get admissions.
• The institute has various departments like Applied Science, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, and Civil Engineering.
• The students are encouraged in extracurricular activities like workshops, seminars, adventurous trips, quiz, cultural activities, industrial visit, blood donation camp, and sports.

The library has various journals, magazines, books, and periodicals to help the students excel in academics. The auditorium has a seating arrangement for more than 850 students and lecturers, completely air-conditioned. The institute conducts sports fest, annual cultural fest, and TECHNORYTHM’13, the techno-cultural fest that encourages extra activities.

RIMT has highly experienced and competent faculties having practical and theoretical knowledge about various concepts.  The institute has facilities like a bank, wifi campus, transport, security, e-classroom, hostel, auditorium, library, laboratory, cafeteria, medical, gym, sports, and computer labs. The institute is ranked A as a state engineering college by careers360 in 2013. Scholarship of INR 2.1k is provided for BBA students with 75% marks in 1^st SEM and INR 5k for MBA and B.Tech students. The hostel has a standard room, activity center, dining room, reading room, and mess at an affordable rate of INR 62k.

Career Development cell improves the interface between corporate, faculties, and students understanding the industries' needs. Yearly more than 100 companies visit the campus for campus drives, and some of the selection is also based on the AMCET test. 100% placement opportunities are provided to the students with a salary package of INR 3-6.4 LPA.
