Bhagat Phool Singh Mahila Vishwavidyalaya, also known as Bhagat Phool Singh Women's University. It is the first women's state university in North India. Two seats are reserved in each program for girls from Khanpur Kalan Village, with 50 students. Suppose there are no eligible girls in one reserved category. In that case, the seat can go to another reserved category or even to the general category of the village. For people from Bhainswal Kalan who have donated land, one seat is reserved in each program. If there are more than 50 seats, an extra seat is added for every 50 seats. Those who donated land get a 100% discount on tuition fees for certain programs.
