TCMCE was established in 2008 at Sonipat in Haryana as profoundly known as a private educational institution. AICTE and NBA have approved this Group of the institution by seeking affiliation from the DCRUST. It was initially started to train its students to provide an effective learning system. TCMCE offers both UG and PG programs in engineering and management studies, namely: B-Tech, B-Tech lateral, M-tech, MBA, and also Diploma in Polytechnic courses in their respective choice for taking up specializations.

The institute's infrastructural facilities are decent enough for imbibing good training in that particular course as there are more than 130 + faculty members appointed for teaching purposes. They recruit after examining their teaching skills and their effectiveness. The institute also offers placement training for all its final-year students looking for jobs right after their course training. The placement cell will arrange for one-on-one sessions for its students and analyze their SWOT/ SWOC. Some of the well-famed companies acting as recruiters are HCL, Jindal Steel & Power Dell, Airtel, Philips, IBM, Nestle, Vodafone, Videocon, Infosys, Aricent Group,  LG, TCS, Godrej, Wipro, BSNL, Accenture, etc. The highest salary package to date is 15 LPA, and the average package to date is 4 LPA. 

The institute doesn't provide any particular scholarship facility for its students, and only merit scholarship from the government offers to the qualifying students. There is also some relaxation in fees for those from a reserved category like SC/ST or OBC. There is more than 1200 seat in the institution, including engineering and other UG courses per academic year. Where 700 seats are for B-Tech course and the rest for other UG courses

• The B-Tech engineering program is for full four years. In TCMCE, the course offers five subject variants as Civil, Computer Science, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, and Communication engineering.
• B-Tech's essential eligibility requirement is that candidates will have to finish their board exams with a minimum percentage of 55%.
• JEE Main exam scores for qualifying engineering students and aiding them to secure admissions in good engineering colleges in the state or the country are national-level entrance exams.
• The TCMCE also offers B-Tech in the lateral entry, where the eligibility requirement is slightly different. It needs marks from 10th board exams and +3, i.e., Diploma in any relevant subject with an aggregate of 55%. They will check for JEE Main marks for lateral entry as well.
• For two years, the M-Tech program of TCMCE conducts full-time specializations like CS and Mechanical engineering.
• The M-Tech admission requirements are—the candidates must complete their degree course, i.e., B-Tech in the related subject without any backlogs and aggregate CGPA of 5-6.5
• The MBA course in TCMCE provides three different subjects like HRM, Finance, and Marketing Management.
• The admission criteria are that candidates must have done their business administration UG course in the respective subject and write any entrance exam like MAT for management studies admissions in this institute.
• For all other UG programs like will required qualification, students must have completed their basic education and took up any institution's concerned entrance exams.
• Any entrance exam scores are equally important with the last qualifying board or degree examination's merit scores.
