R.B Institute of Management Studies (RBIMS) offers the students with postgraduate courses like MBA and MCA in management and computer applications fields and the selection of candidates will be done based on rank scored in CMAT exam. The faculties provide the students with practical and theoretical knowledge understanding the problems in the society and find solutions. The vision of the institute is to provide good facilities for the students in information technology, management and software programming fields.

The placement cell of the college conducts various activities in order to improve the students with their communication, employability, team spirit, ethics and integrity and entrepreneurship skills. ICICI Bank, IDBI Bank, Hero, Wipro Technologies, Bajaj Allianz, Bajaj Capital, Bharti Axa Life Insurance, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Angel Broking, Amul, TCS, Ford, ICICI Securities, Hero MotoCorp etc. are some of the top recruiters of the institute. The salary offered to the meritorious students in the institute is around INR 1.2-3 LPA.
