Pillai HOC College of Architecture

Since 2010 Pillai HOC College of Architecture is running and is affiliated with the University of Mumbai. There is approval from the Council of Architecture (COA). It is recognized by the Government of Maharashtra & DTE, Maharashtra, with a student intake capacity of 120 per batch. The college's primary objective is to impart world-class education in the stream of architecture for joining hands to create expert professionals for the World.

Pillai HOC College of Architecture has an excellent infrastructure with modern amenities, spacious classrooms, meeting rooms, audio-visual rooms, library facilities. When it comes to laboratory facilities, they play a vital role, including building simulation Labs, material testing labs, computer labs, carpentry, and modeling workshops. Central facilities comprise of sports ground, canteen and gym. Hostel accommodation for girls and boys is available within the campus, which would cost approx. INR 2,500 per month excluding mess charges.
