Institute was started in 2013 and approved by AICTE, UGC. Institute offers various courses like M. Tech, B. Tech, B. Tech Lateral entry, Diploma/ Polytechnic, Integrated B. Tech + M. Tech, MBA + B. Tech, ITI, Certificate courses in Household electrical, motor winding, Auto cad and CNC machine. The entire campus has a Wi-Fi internet connection.

• The OPJS University classrooms are well lit, spacious, and equipped with multimedia LCD projectors with remote control, sound system, collar, and wireless microphones and computers. State-of-the-art facilities have hardware and software adapted to academic programs.

• The hostels are designed to accommodate students in individual cabins, double and triple rooms with all the comforts and basic needs. The university offers students an ecological environment.

Various scholarship facilities are available in the institute like, the 10 best students receive 50% of the registration fee that passes the entrance exam, students Whose NET, SET Cleared, receive a 20% scholarship, the ten best participants of the course receive INR 10,000 scholarship, Students have a Rajiv Gandhi scholarship, a junior research scholarship (JRF), and the Sanction Project (any governmental authority) receives a grant of INR 10,000 p.a. Those students who publish 15 articles (5 national and 10 international) receive a scholarship of INR 15,000.
