• Candidates who are intrested in applying for B Tech admission in GITS Udaipur, should have passed 10th+2 or any HSC equivalent board examination.
• The examination should have been held by any recognized council for senior and secondary education.
• The compulsory subjects at the intermediate level should be Physics and Mathematics along with Biology/Chemistry/any technical or vocational courses/computer science/chemistry/ or biotechnology.
• The minimum eligibility requirement for B Tech at GITS Udaipur is 45% above.  
• For the candidates belonging to the SC/ST/OBC category of the non-creamy layer, a relaxation of 5% marks will be offered.
• The relaxation will be offered to the reserved category candidates having domicile of state of Rajasthan.

GITS Udaipur B.Tech selection criteria

• Geetanjali Institute B Tech admission is granted based on entrance exam score as well academic merit.
• However, during the seat allotment process in GITS, major preference will be given to the candidates applying through the entrance exam mode.
• GITS accepts JEE main score to offer admission to the B Tech degree. It is national level test administrated by NTA.
• In other way, candidates can apply through the merit score in the 10+2 level examination.
• 70% of the total intake of B.Tech courses will be reserved for the candidates belonging to the state of Rajasthan.
• The remaining 15% of the total seats will be for candidates outside of the Rajasthan state.
• The other 15% of the total intakes of the candidates will be reserved under the management quota at GITS Udaipur. The admission in these seats will be offered by the GITS by following the norms & guidelines prescribed by Kota, Rajasthan.
• Candidates willing to apply for State Quota in GITS, have to register themselves for REAP Conselling based on their JEE Main rank. State quota admission fees will be lower compare to the Geetanjali Institute management quota fees.
• Candidates who got seat allotment via REAP Counselling, will be called for the in-campus document verification round.

In addition to the MBA, GITS offers PG degree MBA for two years. The course is offered in the field of Management Studies. The duration of the MBA program is 2 years and 4 semesters. The eligibility criteria for MBA admission at GITS are mentioned below.

• To enrol in MBA degree at GITS, candidates must have passed a Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3-year degree course. The degree program can be undertaken in any stream.
• The degree course should have been offered by any university recognized by the AICTE, UGC, or AIU.
• The applicants should have secured a minimum of 50% marks in aggregation.
• A reduction of 5% aggregate marks will be offered to the candidates belonging to the reserved category.

• MBA admission at GITS Udaipur is granted based on the entrance test score.

Geetanjali Institute of Technical Studies MCA admission

GITS Udaipur offers a full-time on-campus MCA course in the field of Computer Application. The course is offered at the PG level. The total intake of candidates in the MCA course is 45.

The candidates will be considered eligible to apply for the MCA course at GITS if they must follow the below-mentioned eligibility criteria.

• To enrol in MCA degree at GITS,  applicants should have completed their graduation degree program or 10+2+3 equivalent course.
• The degree has been awarded by any university approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)
• The applicants are required to score a minimum of 50% marks in all of the subjects added together.

• GITS offers an entrance exam mode for MCA admission. Henceforth, candidates required to attempt NIMCET.
• NIMCET is an entrance test conducted by the Rajasthan Technical University (RTU), Kota.
• The final selection criteria for MCA in GITS depends on NIMCET rank followed by RMCAAP counseling.
• The applicants should further fill up the RMCAAP registration form to partcipate in counselling phases.
• Candidates can pay the registration fees through the different methods of payment available on the official website.
• The candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance in the common entrance exam.
• The selected candidates will have to report to the GITS, Udaipur campus to complete all the steps of admission.
• 85% of seats will be filled through RMCAAP Counselling based on NIMCET rank. For the remaining 15% seats, GITS offers admission to the MCA under the GITS Udaipur management quota.
• The admission under management quota, will be ruled out by the institute based on the guidelines issued by the RTU, Kota, and the state government of Rajasthan.
• To apply to the MCA admission at GITS under management quota candidates should fill the GITS application form available at college’s website.
• Candidates must fill the inquiry form and submit the fees of rs. 500 through the payment methods given on the GITS website.
