The National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management (MANAGE) was initiated in 1987. This institute is an autonomous public type known for providing excellent outcomes from PGDM programs. MANAGE functions with the vision of being counted among the pioneers of innovative, self-supporting agricultural management institutes worldwide. Its only mission is to provide Managerial & Technical skills by Extension Officers, Managers, and Administrators in all sectors of the Agricultural economy.

The course offered at MANAGE is PGDM, and the admission for the program is based on entrance exam scores followed by interview rounds conducted by the authority. The college provides the curriculum with various specializations. The course duration of the PGDM program is for two years. The outcome of the program is to meet the global standards set up by the corporate. Each specialization prompts different goals and purposes. AICTE, AIU and NBA approve the entire curriculum of MANAGE.

• The PGDM specializations are PGDM ABM (Agri-Business Management), PGDM AEM (Agricultural Extension Management), and PGDM AWM (Agri-Warehousing Management).
• The applicants must meet the minimum MANAGE Hyderabad eligibility requirement and apply for admission accordingly.
• The students must have a bachelor's degree without any pending backlogs from a recognized University with a min of 50% aggregate.
• National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management fees is INR 8.25 lakhs for the entire program.

National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management Course admission

The MANAGE institute offers a PGDM program with multiple specializations. The National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management eligibility required for the program is a graduation degree in agricultural and other allied fields. The degree must be from a recognized University with a min of 50% aggregate and no backlogs. MANAGE selection criteria mainly depend on merit, application form and entrance exam (CAT) scores. There is no age bar defined to enrol for this program. The MANAGE Hyderabad selection process for each of the specializations is different:

For PGDM (ABM):

• The college authority will be responsible for shortlisting the candidates based on the CAT score.
• The National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management CAT cut-off score for the ABM program is 85+ percentile.
• Once the Candidate is shortlisted, they will be called for Group Discussion, WAT and PI rounds conducted by the MANAGE Campus.
• After shortlisting, students will be sent the location details and timings for PI rounds via email or website.
• The MANAGE ABM fee is INR 8.5 lakhs in total.

For PGDM (AEM) and PGDM (AWM):

• The applicants for MANAGE admissions will be selected based on their past academic scores and work experience in the relevant field.
• Once the selection is made, it will be circulated by email/list and displayed on the official website.

How to apply?

Once the candidates meet the minimum qualification required for admission, they can proceed with the application process. MANAGE Hyderabad admission process will accept the application forms in online and offline modes. For ABM, the applications are accepted online; for AEM and AWM, the applications must be submitted offline.

In online mode:

• Fill out the online application form at the MANAGE Hyderabad official website.
• Enter the details required to create a MANAGE login ID and password.
• Using the ID and password, the applicants must complete filling the MANAGE Hyderabad form with personal and academic details.
• In the next step, they must upload the scanned Images of the Candidate's photograph and signature along with CAT scores.
• Save the form after uploading the certificates, and then pay the application fees.
• The MANAGE application fee for the program is INR 1200 for general and INR 600 for SC/ST candidates.
• After successful payment, printing and using the Confirmation Page for future reference is recommended.

In offline mode:

• Here, the applicants must collect the application form and brochure from the admission office or download the form from the website.
• They must fill in the form manually without mistakes.
• Attach copies of needed docs such as 10 and 12th marks sheet, graduation certificate, Transfer certificate, category certificate if applicable, address proof, DD and more.
• The application fees are INR 1200 for general students and INR 600 for reserved candidates. The payment can be made through DD.
• Submit the form in the post or person to the college authorities.

The size of the MANAGE campus is 42 acres, comprising stress-free classrooms, projectors, Wi-Fi enabled across the campus, Auditoriums, Seminar halls, and Discussion rooms. Also, they provide a state-of-the-art library equipped with well-resourced books and journals. In addition, sports-interested students are provided with sports clubs, grounds, and inter-college completions.

Apart from infrastructural facilities, the college also provides placements and hostel accommodation. All the rooms are well-furnished and given with all the amenities for boys. The rooms are completely outfitted and give the students a home-like feeling. There are staff for providing room services like providing water, cleaning the room, preparing the bed and everything needed. The room sharing is up to 3 per room. MANAGE Hyderabad hostel fees range from INR 1.8 lakhs per annum.

National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management Scholarships

This institute offers only merit scholarships for eligible candidates. Manage will state the eligibility criteria, i.e. the required percentage to be qualified to get scholarships. Students willing to join PG programs must meet the educational qualification stated by the college. The college will provide scholarship relaxation based on the last qualifying examination scores.

The college also provides a concession for reserved candidates and those from sports quota, defence background and economically weaker sections. I.e., students from family backgrounds whose income are less than 2 lakhs per annum.
