Sun International Institute for Tourism and Management was initiated in 2008. The Institute is popularly known as SIITAM. It is a private management institute. SIITAM is one of the prominent business schools offering management studies and getting excellent results. For college Admissions, students must know the eligibility criteria. For BBA, BHMCT, and B.Sc., completing 10+2/HSC board exams with a min of 50% is mandatory.  

For SIITAM MBA admissions, Students must have a bachelor's Degree in a relevant stream. As a selection criterion, applicants must have valid scores in entrance tests like CAT/ NMAT/ AMAT/ MAT/ CMAT, etc. However, the final selection is based on personal interviews.

How to apply?

The mode of application form submission is accepted online and offline.

In online mode: 

The applicant must visit the SIITAM official website at https://www.sun.edu.in/ 

• Click on the "apply now" tab
• The candidates must register online by filling in basic contact details.
• They must complete the application form with the required personal info and academic details. 
• In the last step, the candidates must pay the application fees and then submit the form.
• It is recommended that the students take a printout for future reference.  

 In Offline mode:

Here, the application form for SIITM can be downloaded from the website, or it has to be sent through post to the SIITAM Hyderabad address. However, filling out the form and attaching the docs remains the same.

The Institute has a specified team for placement activities set up by SIITAM. The team will be handling all the activities to prepare the candidates for creating better career opportunities. The College has connections with MNCs, offering job opportunities in many fields. On an annual basis, the campus will conduct a placement drive.

The Sun International Institute placement cell here will help the candidates clear aptitude rounds, followed by GD and PI rounds by conducting mock sessions.

Sun International Institute for Tourism and Management Infrastructure facilities

The campus of SIITAM comprises classrooms, projectors, Wi-Fi enabled across the campus, Seminar halls, Auditoriums, and Discussion rooms. They also provide a state-of-the-art library with well-resourced Journals and books. In addition, sports-interested students are provided with grounds, sports clubs, and inter-college completions.

Apart from infrastructural facilities, SIITM also provides placements and hostel facilities. All the hostel rooms are well-furnished and have all the amenities for boys. SIITAM hostel fees range from INR 60 k to 84k per annum. For non-A/C occupancy, it is INR 60 K, and for A/C occupancy is INR 84 k. Also, they must pay 5000 to 7000 as mess charges. 

Sun International Institute for Tourism and Management Scholarships

The College offers only merit scholarships for eligible candidates. Students willing to join UG or PG programs must meet the educational qualifications stated by the College. It will provide scholarships based on the previous qualifying exam scores. They also provide a concession for reserved candidates and those from sports quota, defence background, and economically weaker sections.
