Motilal Nehru College

The Institute is popularly known as MNC, is one of the largest constituent colleges of Delhi University, established in 1964. The College began enrolling 300 students per year, and now it has over 3000 students enrolled. The College is a sprawling green environment with a vast library, conference room, and excellent sports facilities. The College is entirely Wi-Fi enabled, and all the candidates will have free access to the Internet. Over the years, the Institute has excelled in academics, science, culture and sports activities. The faculty members and the Institute encourage the students to be excellent in academics and extra-curricular activities. The faculty stick to classroom teaching and include students in research activities that will contribute to society and the Institute. The Institute offers UG and PG programs in 17 courses with various disciplines.

• The Institute of MNC has been accredited with Grade B NAAC and approved by UGC.
• The Institute has a dedicated faculty team who are well experienced in various fields of teaching.
• The College actively participates in sports activities and encourages students to participate in extra-curricular activities to develop their personalities.

• Admission for few courses offered by the Institute will be entrance exam based, and some will be through cut-off scores.

• The Institute also has an active placement cell team that invites various reputed organizations to recruit the students.
• The College will also grant scholarships to students who are need and merit-based.

Motilal Nehru College Placements 
The College of MNC has a very active Placement cell that invites various reputed organizations to recruit the students. The Institute also has Career Development Centre, which prepares students for all the streams. The Placement cell provides training in organizing Resumes, Internships, preparation for final placements, mock interview practices, and group discussions. MNC caters various opportunities to students with eligible academic scores and excellent overall performance. Students will also get to attend frequent workshops, job fairs, and industry visits the Institute provides. Top recruiters like Capital IQ, KPMG, Fluor India Limited, Grail Research, Ernst & Young, and AON Hewitt visit the campus for recruitments. The highest package offered off-campus to the students was INR 18.75 LPA, and on campus, it was INR 10 LPA.

Motilal Nehru College Scholarships 
The Institute of MNC has various scholarship schemes provided to the students who have merit scores and are need-based. The Govt body will decide the scholarship provided scholarships provided in the College. Scholarships provided by MNC are as follows.

• The Institute provided scholarships to the six students who have excellent scores in the University examination. 
• The Govt body of the Institute decides the scholarships provided.
• The College also provides merit scholarships to the candidates who have scored the highest marks in all the subjects in B. Com Hons 1st year.
• The Institute will put up the other scholarships provided by the College on the notice board for the candidates to refer.
