The Institute is popularly known as MVCE, established in 1995 by govt of Delhi as a Constituent College of Delhi University. The Institute aims at providing education for secondary teacher education programmes to the students of Delhi. • Applicants seeking admission must have Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Commerce, Science, Humanities Social science or any other relevant degree.
• Admission for the B. Ed program will be through an entrance test conducted by Delhi University.
• The final selection will be decided based on the makes scored in the entrance exam and document verification.
• The Institute has facilities like a multipurpose hall, Seminar room, Common rooms, Computer labs, WiFi, Library, Medical space, classrooms and more.
