Karnatak Law Society's Institute of Management Education and Research is an autonomous institution established in 1991. KLS IMER Belgaum is one of the pioneer management institutes in education, research, and consultancy. It has been recognized as Research Center. Over the years, KLS IMER has been consistently ranked among Top B Schools in India. Furthermore, it has been accredited 'A' by NAAC with a CGPA of 3.24. KLS College Belgaum offers a two-year full-time Master of Business Administration (MBA) program divided into 4 semesters. For KLS IMER admissions through the government quota, students must take the PGCET exam conducted by the Government of Karnataka. There is also a provision for KLS IMER Management Quota admission. To be eligible for management seats, students shall have appeared in any of the following exams, such as  PGCET/ CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ CMAT. KLS Institute of Management Education and Research Admission

A student wishing to take KLS IMER MBA admissions must have completed their graduation with a minimum of 50% aggregate from Rani Channamma University. A relaxation of 5% in the graduation percentage is given to the SC and ST candidates.

• Suppose an applicant has completed their graduation from a university other than Rani Channamma. In that case, the applicant must produce an eligibility certificate from Rani Channamma University and a migration certificate from the university they graduated from.
• Students applying for KLS IMER admission through the government quota must clear the Karnataka PGCET exam with an eligible score.
• To acquire govt seats, applicants need to satisfy the KLS Institute of Management Cut-off criteria.
• Students applying for KLS IMER Management Quota must have attempted any of the national level aptitude tests or state level exams. (KMAT, CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, KPGCET)
• At the time of admission, students must submit the mark sheets, score card of entrance exam, attested certificate, and migration certificate (if applicable).

• The placement percentage was 50%.
• The average package offered to the students was 2.40 LPA.
• There was an increase of 6% in final placements offered.

KLS Institute of Management Scholarships

The college provides various merit-based and financial aid scholarships to its students.

• Autonomous scholarship: 15,000 INR will be given to the top 10 students who will secure 80 percent and above in their degree exams.
• State government scholarships: SC/ ST and minority scholarships to the eligible students.
• KLS IMER Merit Scholarship: 50,000 INR will be given to the top 5 PGCET holders (Within 500 rank). 25000 INR will be given to the top 5 rank holders of KMAT (within 500 Rank).
• Minority Loan: Minority loans will be given to eligible students by various nodal agencies.
