Kakatiya University Admission

Admissions to the University are made based on eligibility criteria and scores on the entrance test. Students must apply for admission through the website. They provide a wide choice of courses under various streams. They conduct the entrance test on behalf of TSCHE; they are TS EAMCET, TS ICET, KU PGECET, and TS LAWCET. Students must appear for tests to be eligible for courses.

• The candidates willing to apply for the B-Tech course in the University must have passed 10+2 with a combination of PCM.
• Those who have appeared for the TS EAMCET exam will be eligible. Selection will be made based on the result of the exam.
• For MBA admissions, the interested students should hold a UG Degree. The certification can be from any known University. They must have scores with an average of 50% marks.
• They must have Maths as one of the major subjects.
• It is necessary to appear in the TSICET exam.

How to get admission to Kakatiya University.

• Students need to visit the official website of the college and get access to the application form.
• They are required to fill in the University application form correctly.
• If a candidate wishes to apply for different courses, they must submit different online forms for each course.
• After filling out the form, pay the application fees via any TS/AP Online Centre or through credit card/debit card /Net banking.

Application fee:  The fee for PG Courses is INR 450 for the general category. For the reserved candidates, it is INR 350.

The University offers the best academic amenities to cater to the student's needs. The Kakatiya University campus area is spread over 650 acres. The campus has a lush green campus with state-of-the-art infrastructure. They have well-built classrooms, libraries, labs, sports facilities, hostels, and a health centre. They also have several research centers, including CDE, Women's Studies, the Center for Applied Linguistics and Translation Studies, and the Research Centre in Social Sciences and Humanities.

Library: The University has a central library with 2763 SC/ ST book banks, 117979 general and textbooks, 15203 reference books, 4171 encyclopedias, dictionaries, and handbooks. Kakatiya University Hostel: It provides hostel facilities for the students. There are a total of 10 hostels. Among the 10, nine are on campus, and 1 is at the University Arts and Science College in Subedari. The hostels are fully wifi enabled and are given with all the basic facilities. A single room is given to three boarders. To apply for the hostels, one must visit the college office directly.
